The 100 by Kass Morgan is basically Lost with teenagers.
Here’s the cast: Clarke, capable, object of affection (Kate); Wells, well-intentioned, soon-to-be leader (Jack); Bellamy, bad boy with a soft heart (Sawyer); Octavia, troubled princess (Shannon)… I could go on. Now the plot: the action starts with a dramatic crash, the characters are trapped in an unfamiliar place, there’s exposition through flashbacks and there’s lots of fights. We see fights over leadership, over drugs and supplies, over girls and then a fight with a mysterious new group (Others). Overall, it’s a fun, quick, but predictable read – perfect for the CW.
